Which items can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of socks, face masks or filters. Personalised or embroidered items can't be returned. Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there's a product defect. Scrunchies can be returned unworn with tags attached, but for hygiene reasons we can't resell them, so please think carefully before purchasing.
