Dr. Woof is a family-owned brand built to make the medical world smile. We create functional, joyful apparel for healthcare workers, and we take both craft and outcomes seriously.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands that acquisition is a system, not a single ad. This role owns creative strategy end to end, from a blank page through production and into the real world, with a strong paid background and a deep understanding of how creative drives growth.

• Understand incrementality and avoid confusing platform attribution with true impact

• Build creative systems that allow us to scale profitably over time

What you will do

• Own creative strategy for paid acquisition as a full funnel system

• Develop creative approaches across awareness, consideration, and conversion

• Create strategy from scratch including audience understanding, messaging angles, and creative structure

• Write clear, thoughtful briefs that guide creative from concept through production and launch

• Manage the full creative production pipeline end to end

• Directly manage external creators and UGC talent

• Brief, review, and iterate on creator content with clear performance intent

• Work closely with designers, editors, photographers, and creators to ship consistently

• Build and maintain a creative testing system that produces steady learnings

• Evaluate creative using performance signals, customer insight, and qualitative feedback

• Balance bold narrative ideas with practical day to day creative execution

Stay actively current with paid creative best practices and platform changes from the last six months

Platforms and tools

You will work across multiple paid platforms, with Meta as the primary channel.

Platforms include

• Meta
• Google
• TikTok
• YouTube
• AppLovin

You are comfortable navigating ad libraries, creative research tools, and fast iteration workflows.

You do not need to be a media buyer, but you must clearly understand how creative decisions impact performance.

What we are looking for

• Experience owning creative strategy at meaningful spend levels

• Strong understanding of acquisition as a full funnel system

• Ability to connect top of funnel storytelling to first order purchasing behavior

• Proven experience taking ideas from concept through production and launch

• Comfort managing creators and UGC talent directly

• A data driven approach to creative without becoming mechanical

• High personal ownership and follow through

• Genuine commitment to continuous learning and staying current with recent platform changes

• Strong taste, clear judgment, and the ability to explain why something should work

Collaboration and reporting

This role reports directly to the Founder and Head of Funnel.

You will work closely with

• The Founder and Head of Funnel on creative direction, priorities, and performance

• The Head of Marketing on broader brand and campaign alignment

• Designers, video editors, photographers, and creative partners

• External creators and influencers

• You will receive campaign direction and also shape how campaigns show up creatively across channels.

This role is not for you if

• You prefer to stay at the idea level rather than owning execution end to end

• You rely on outdated playbooks and are not actively learning what is working now

• You are uncomfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just output

• You dislike the cadence of testing, learning, briefing, producing, and iterating

• You see creative and acquisition as separate disciplines

• You want narrow responsibilities and heavy structure

Social Media Manager

Content, Community and Brand Campaigns

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who genuinely loves content and wants real ownership. This role sits across brand, marketing, and creative, and is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work while helping shape how a fast growing brand shows up publicly.

This role is for people who like responsibility and creative momentum.

How we measure success

Success in this role is simple and very clear.

Your primary goal is to increase organic reach.

If people want to watch the content, we consider it a win.

If people do not want to watch it, we consider it a miss.

Engagement matters, but reach comes first. We believe engagement follows reach when content truly resonates.

At the company level, one of our key focus areas is increasing the percentage of total reach that comes from organic content. Right now, the majority of reach comes from paid channels. This role plays a critical part in changing that over time.

What you will do

• Own Dr. Woof’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Create content that people genuinely want to watch and share

• Be hands on with content creation, including filming, editing, writing, and ideation

• Feel comfortable creating content using your phone and working quickly

• Plan and execute social content around major brand and marketing campaigns

• Receive campaign direction from leadership while also shaping how those campaigns show up on social

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the founder on priorities and direction

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, video editors, creative strategists, and external partners

• Work with external creators and influencers to bring fresh energy and perspectives to the brand

• Balance consistent day to day posting with larger campaign moments

• Use performance signals and audience feedback to refine content over time

• Stay actively up to date with how platforms, formats, and trends are evolving right now

Platforms and tools

This role focuses primarily on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will likely use tools such as Later, Canva, and CapCut.

You should feel comfortable editing content and adapting quickly.

We are open to alternative tools if you have strong preferences or better workflows.

What we are looking for

• Experience managing brand social media accounts with real ownership

• A genuine love for content creation and storytelling

• Comfort being on camera or directing content when needed

• Strong understanding of what performs organically on modern platforms

• A thoughtful, data aware approach to content without losing creative instinct

• Strong organization and follow through

• Willingness to learn continuously and stay current with platform changes

• Comfort operating in a small, fast moving, cross functional environment
