better Pray there’s no issue at all with your purchase or no support at all

This rating is mostly a reflection of the customer service I received.
The size doesn’t really fit. However, I measured right in the middle of the range for the size I purchased.
While Dr Woof advertise for free exchange or return, they don’t cover shipping.
To avoid swapping back and forth, repeated shipping fees, and wasting everyone’s time, I asked for further information, and since they cannot provide that, other solutions.
The customer service has repeatedly send me standard messages. The one promised to escalate the case has gone silent for 2 weeks now. Still no help.
This is truly appalling and disgusting.

Great everyday scrub top

Really like this top. The pockets are a good size, good fit, good length. Material is so comfortable! Stretchy, light, great. My husband was hanging them on the line and commented how good the fabric felt. The only things I would change: slightly longer side slits to feel a bit freer, and a front chest pocket (I usually tuck my badge in when doing procedures so it doesn't flop around). But otherwise, very happy with it!

Yes!

… but we understand you being cautious.

Nowadays, almost everyone's had at least one bad online shopping experience—the sort where a product looks amazing online but ends up being low-quality junk.

It sucks, and you deserve better.

That's why Dr. Woof says no to dropshipping, white-labelling and corner-cutting of any kind. When a product has a Dr. Woof label, you know it's:
✔️ Designed by our team
✔️ Made to last with high-quality fabrics and craftsmanship
✔️Tested through an independent quality assurance process
✔️ Shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia or California, USA

If you've been burned with online shopping before, it might be comforting to know that:
* Our products have thousands of 5-star reviews, with more popping up every day.
* Many reputable uniform companies stock Dr. Woof items, including Smile Wear and Sauers Uniforms Australia.
* Over 200 clinics choose Dr. Woof for their uniforms.

What's your return and exchange policy for scrubs?

Our mission is to make the medical world smile.

If you don't fall head over heels in love with your scrubs, contact us for a refund, exchange or replacement.

There are a few conditions:
* You must contact us within 99 days of purchase.
* Items must be clean, unworn and in their original packaging.
* We don't accept refunds or exchanges on embroidered items or clearance items.
* You'll need to cover the cost of shipping.

How much will shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping for orders over $150 — no matter where in Australia you live.

For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.

I want a perfect fit. Are your scrubs true to size?

Our scrubs are true to size.

Less than 0.5% of our customers ask to exchange their scrubs for another size. Of those customers, 3 out of 4 ask for a smaller size.

If you're worried about getting the wrong size, the best thing to do is grab your tape measure and match your measurements to our sizing chart. We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes (or prefer a looser fit).

The colour or size I want is sold out. When will it be back?

Our core colours are restocked every few months. You can join our mailing list for restock alerts.

Most limited edition colours won't restock. There are some exceptions. Blurple has restocked 3 times by popular demand. If you'd like to request a restock or get early access to new colours, join the Dr. Woof Insiders club on Facebook.

Are Dr. Woof scrubs easy to care for?

Yes. Our fabric is quick-drying and wrinkle-resistant, so you can wash it in a hurry and skip the ironing.

To keep your scrubs in tip-top shape:
1. Turn them inside out
2. Cold machine wash with like colours
3. Tumble dry low
